Job Summary

Valdo Cafe is seeking an experienced and motivated Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and lead a high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining quality standards, controlling costs, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafe.

Supervise, train, and schedule cafe staff.

Ensure exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction.

Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.

Manage inventory, stock ordering, and supplier relationships.

Handle cash management, daily sales reporting, and basic budgeting.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.

Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and daily reporting.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
