About Us

Burhan Oil and Trade Services is a leading company in Oman specializing in civil works, infrastructure projects, manpower supply, electrical services, and equipment rentals.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Sales Executive / Coordinator (Fresher or 1–2 years of experience) to support sales, quotation preparation, client coordination, and business development activities for civil and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and costing sheets.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements.
  • Follow up on sales leads and submitted quotations.
  • Maintain sales records and project documentation.
  • Support procurement and project teams in obtaining pricing and technical information.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
