Recruitment & Hiring
• Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with department managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare offer letters and support hiring procedures.
HR Administration
• Maintain employee records and personnel files.
• Update and manage employee information in Odoo HR.
• Track employee attendance, leave records, and probation periods.
• Assist in onboarding and employee documentation processes.
• Maintain training records and HR-related documentation.
Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare recruitment and HR reports.
• Monitor recruitment progress and hiring KPIs.
• Coordinate with department managers regarding manpower requirements.
• Support management with administrative and HR-related tasks.
