Housekeeper / Room Attendant

Job description

The housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of assigned guest rooms / Apartments.

The role ensures a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests or occupants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Make beds
  • Change linens, and replace towels
  • Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
  • Replenish supplies such as toiletries, soap, and paper products
  • Dispose of trash and maintain waste bins Report maintenance issues or safety hazards
  • Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals properly
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
  • Respect guest privacy and confidentiality
  • May include weekends, holidays, and shifts
  • Physically demanding work environment Exposure to cleaning chemicals
