Location: Duqm Refinery Project, Oman
Position: QA/QC Manager
Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and quality management systems for refinery/construction projects.
• Ensure all construction and project activities comply with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.
• Manage QA/QC inspections, audits, testing, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams regarding quality matters.
• Review and approve quality plans, method statements, ITPs, and inspection reports.
• Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Lead and supervise QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and quality personnel.
• Handle NCRs, corrective actions, and quality improvement processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and submission of quality records and reports.
• Participate in project meetings and support project completion within quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of QA/QC experience in oil & gas, refinery, or large industrial construction projects.
• Previous GCC/Oman refinery project experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international codes and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Immediate availability to join preferred.
