INMA Arts Pottery & Ceramics Studio

INMA Arts Pottery & Ceramics Studio is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Studio Coordinator & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Muscat, Oman.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and support studio visitors and clients
  • Assist with sales, bookings, and customer inquiries
  • Handle administrative tasks, record keeping, and documentation
  • Maintain spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Support basic accounting and bookkeeping activities
  • Manage and update social media platforms
  • Coordinate studio schedules, classes, and events
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or sales is preferred
  • Interest in arts, pottery, ceramics, or working with children is an advantage
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail

Position Details

Location: Muscat, Oman
Schedule: 6 days per week
