We are urgently hiring "Indian Hindi-speakers" for below positions: 1) L1 Desktop Support Engineers (3 vacancies) 2) L2 Desktop Support Engineer (1 vacancy) WORK LOCATION: Team-based Support in a reputed Sohar company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Team Support: Working within a collaborative team to resolve daily hardware and software issues for end-users. Technical Scope: General troubleshooting of laptops/desktops, IP phones, basic network connectivity, software/OS installation, and ensuring device compliance and antivirus applications meet support standards. SLA Management: Managing and resolving tickets via our internal ITSM tool strictly within defined timelines. REQUIREMENTS: A valid Oman Driving License is essential for all candidates but not mandatory.
