Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales & Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across multiple business sectors under a dynamic and expanding group in Oman.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new revenue streams, forming strategic partnerships, and strengthening market positioning across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities across targeted sectors.

Lead business proposals, tenders, and commercial negotiations in line with Oman regulations and Omanization requirements.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and government/private stakeholders.

Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity generation to deal closure.

Develop sales strategies and measurable KPIs to achieve revenue targets.

Lead and mentor business development and sales teams.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute growth initiatives.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business risks.

Prepare periodic performance and growth reports for senior management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and local legal standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in Business Development or Sales Management within Oman.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Deep understanding of the local market environment (Muscat preferred).

Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and results oriented.

Experience in multi-sector or group companies is an advantage.
