Job Title: Key Account Salesman – HH Division
Department: Sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Salesman for our HH Division who has strong market knowledge and established relationships with major hypermarkets such as Lulu, Nesto, Max, and other leading retail chains. The candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, increasing product visibility, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong business relationships with major retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop key accounts with major hypermarkets including Lulu, Nesto, Max, and other leading retail chains.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and store management.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth for the HH Division.
• Ensure proper listing of products, shelf placement, and product visibility across assigned outlets.
• Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure availability, display standards, and stock rotation.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions within the market.
• Plan and implement sales promotions, in-store activities, and marketing campaigns in coordination with management.
• Ensure timely order collection, follow-up on deliveries, and stock replenishment.
• Track sales performance, stock levels, and slow-moving items in key accounts.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, market feedback, and customer insights to management.
• Support the finance team in ensuring timely payment collections from key accounts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in FMCG or HH products, preferably handling key accounts.
• Proven experience working with major hypermarkets such as Lulu, Nesto, Max, and other leading retail chains.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of retail operations, merchandising standards, and sales promotions.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Valid driving license is preferred.
