Real Estate Executive (MALE)

Job description

Key Responsibilities • Coordinate all rent collections and follow up with tenants. • Manage rental agreement renewals and maintain accurate documentation. • Oversee the maintenance complaints center and ensure timely resolution. • Prepare monthly operational and financial reports. • Negotiate rental rates as advised by management. • Conduct site visits as required. • Coordinate with the Accounts team for financial matters and reconciliation. • Handle rent deposits, if required. • Perform additional administrative and real estate support tasks as assigned.
