Location: Oman

Industry: Construction / MEP / Infrastructure / Oil & Gas (as applicable)

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute electrical works at site as per approved drawings and specifications
• Manage installation, testing & commissioning of LV/MV systems, lighting, power, earthing, and panels
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure work complies with Oman Electricity Distribution Code, project standards, and safety regulations
• Prepare daily progress reports, material requests, and site documentation
• Monitor manpower productivity and site activities
• Inspect materials delivered to site and ensure proper storage and usage
• Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems, and drawing discrepancies
• Ensure HSE compliance and toolbox talks at site
• Support testing, snag clearance, and project handover activities

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 2–5 years of site experience in electrical works (Gulf experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, schematics, and BOQ
• Experience with lighting, power distribution, DBs, cabling, earthing, and ELV systems
• Familiar with Oman standards, DEWA / MEDC / PDO norms (preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently at site
