Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The Accountant will play a key role in preparing financial statements, maintaining general ledger accounts, and assisting with audits and budgeting activities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports

Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and journal postings

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Prepare tax returns and support audits (internal and external)

Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities

Maintain proper documentation and financial controls

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
