Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable & receivable.
  • Assist in budgeting and cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate with auditors and support year-end closing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years accounting experience (real estate or construction background preferred).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
