Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable & receivable.
- Assist in budgeting and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with auditors and support year-end closing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience (real estate or construction background preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
