Sales Supervisor - Commodity Division


Job description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Supervisor for our Commodity Division in Muscat. The ideal candidate should have strong supervisory experience, proven expertise in handling major FMCG/commodity brands, and the ability to lead and drive a sales team to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage the sales team for the commodity division. • Handle and grow major brands, ensuring market penetration and visibility. • Plan, execute, and monitor sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. • Develop strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. • Ensure proper merchandising, promotions, and stock availability in the market. • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management. • Train, motivate, and evaluate sales team performance. Requirements: • 5–10 years of experience in a Sales Supervisor role, preferably in the commodity/FMCG sector. • Proven experience in handling major brands. • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. • Good knowledge of the Muscat/Oman market. • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. • Valid Oman driving license preferred.
