???? Required Skills (Multi-Skill Technician):
Candidate must have strong hands-on experience in:
Electrical maintenance
Plumbing works
AC / HVAC basic servicing & troubleshooting
Carpentry & furniture repair
Painting & minor civil works
Tile repair experience (advantage)
Restaurant maintenance work
(kitchen equipment, exhaust fans, chillers, grease traps, small appliances)
???? Additional Requirements:
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Good knowledge of tools and maintenance procedures
Responsible, punctual, and professional
Valid Omani Driving Licence is mandatory
Experience in building, flats, and restaurant maintenance is required
