Location: Oman

 Position: Civil Engineer

 Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering

 Experience: 1–2 years

 Languages: English & Hindi required; Arabic an advantage (not mandatory)

 Job Responsibilities

. Assist in daily site execution and coordinate activities to ensure smooth project progress. 

. Handle site-level arrangements, workforce coordination, and material follow-ups. 

. Maintain proper adherence to HSE standards and ensure compliance during all site operations. 

. Support quality checks, documentation, and reporting as per project requirements. 

. Work closely with supervisors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks. 

. Participate in planning, measurement, and verification of on-site works. 

. Resolve minor site-related issues through effective communication and negotiation. 

. Ensure proper implementation of technical instructions and adherence to project specifications. 

. Monitor alignment, levels, and installation processes to maintain accuracy and safety. 

. Coordinate with authorities, consultants, or internal teams for smooth progress of interfacing activities. 

 Skills Required

. Strong communication and coordination skills

. Basic negotiation capability

. Good understanding of civil construction workflows

. Ability to manage daily site activities effectively

. Safety-conscious and quality-focused attitude
