We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to manage and grow our FMCG (non-food) product sales in the Al Kamil and Ibra regions. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, proven experience in route sales, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure product visibility in the market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retail and wholesale customers.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Ensure timely collection of payments.
• Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights.
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of FMCG sales experience (non-food products preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid Omani driving license.
• Familiar with the Al Kamil and Ibra market.
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: RO 250–300 (based on experience)
• Other Benefits: Company vehicle, fuel, and sales commission
