About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Control Manager (Civil) to oversee and manage project cost estimation, budgeting, and financial monitoring for our civil and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed within approved budgets and in alignment with company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain cost control systems and procedures for civil projects.
• Prepare and review project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports.
• Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams for cost data accuracy.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for cost efficiency.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasts for management.
• Support in tendering and bid evaluation processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project financial controls.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in cost control and project management for civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in cost management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Excel, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
