The Warehouse Manager (Head of Supply Chain Operations) is responsible for overseeing and directing all warehouse and logistics functions across the company divisions. This includes managing inbound and outbound operations, inventory control, transportation, and production warehousing

The role ensures smooth coordination between suppliers, warehouse teams, logistics partners, and internal departments while upholding the highest standards of efficiency, accuracy, and safety. The Warehouse Manager also plays a key role in minimizing shrinkage and damages, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring compliance with import and customs regulations for goods received from various countries.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

· MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Logistics or Operations Management (preferred).

· 7–10 years of progressive experience in warehouse and logistics operations within the FMCG sector.

· Minimum 3 years in a leadership or multi-division management role.

· Knowledge of import logistics, customs clearance, and international receiving procedures.

· Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and MS Office applications.

· Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

· Ability to lead diverse teams and manage large-scale warehouse operations efficiently.
