???? Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 6 days a week

???? Target & Incentive Plan:
200 customer registrations per month
Minimum 100 customers should complete a transaction
Achieving 80% or more of the target earns full payout
Below 80% performance – 20% deduction in payout
? Requirements:
Prior sales or promotion experience preferred
