Accounting & Financial Management

Bookkeeping and Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

Processing expense requests, handling payments to suppliers, and tracking receivables.

Reporting:

Preparing and submitting regular financial reports, such as daily sales reports, expense reports, and management information system (MIS) reports.

warehouse Maintanence and cleaning work.

warehouse Maintanence:

support for cleaning IBC tanker time to time with support of staff .

maintain the intime and out time of all staff .

monitoring the staff timing .

quality check of oil .

loading and unloading support of oil . daily collect the purchase bill from staff . and submit report to Accounts manager by email same day . and weekly once submit the physical bill report to head office .

Maintaining records for received and issued materials and updating stock levels in accounting software.

Implementing and enforcing procedures for control warehouse maintaining and cleaning control and preventing pilferage.

Reconciliation:

Reconciling physical inventory counts with accounting records.

Reporting:

Preparing inventory reports, including monthly updates and comparing stock levels with records.

Coordination:

Liaising with other departments, such as purchasing, front office, and accounting, to ensure smooth operations.
