Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Omani Warehouse Executive to join our pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations with a focus on dispatches, stock handling, and occasional delivery of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Prepare and process dispatch documents, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of pharmaceutical products to clients and internal departments.
• Maintain proper inventory records and assist in periodic stock checks.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners) as required.
• Follow Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and company SOPs at all times.
• Occasionally deliver goods to pharmacies, hospitals, or clinics when required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics and sales teams for order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Omani National (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics; experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move packages safely.
• Valid Omani driving license (preferred, for delivery purposes).
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems (MS Office, warehouse software).
