-Responsible for managing financial transactions and preparing periodical financial analysis

- Organize and maintain inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure proper documentation of store operations. A dual role requiring strong accounting skills and proficient store management abilities.

• Compile and analyse financial information in preparation for entry into various financial statements and accounting reports, and make appropriate entries.
• Maintaining and updating accounts related files.
• Payment Follow-up with a customers (For outstanding due bills).

- Analysing sales reports on monthly basis and reporting to Management on profit achievement

• Receipts or cash vouchers entry & breakup checking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and inventory management.
• Proficiency in accounting software and inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
