Having a valid Oman Driving License
**Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company and ongoing construction projects.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely billing and payments.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Track project costs, job costing, and budgets to ensure profitability.
Assist in preparing project forecasts and financial reports for management.
Handle tax filings, regulatory compliance, and liaise with external auditors.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate cost tracking and budget management.
Review contracts and purchase orders to ensure appropriate accounting treatment.
