Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Tile Helper to assist our tile installers in preparing, laying, and finishing tile work. The role includes supporting the tiling team with materials, site preparation, and general labor to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Assist tile installers with mixing adhesives, grout, and other materials.
• Prepare work areas by cleaning surfaces, removing debris, and ensuring proper leveling.
• Carry, cut, and arrange tiles under the guidance of tile setters.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure safety standards on site.
• Provide general labor support including lifting, moving, and organizing materials.
• Clean completed areas and ensure workspaces are tidy.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tile installers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or as a helper (preferred but not required).
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety practices.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time, site-based role.
• May require overtime, weekends, or extended hours depending on project needs.
