We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Counter Staff to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service, taking orders, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the counter. 

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist with orders

Accurately take payments (cash/card) and issue receipts

Handle food and beverage orders efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area

Provide quick and friendly customer service

Assist with restocking supplies when needed

Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

Previous customer service or counter experience preferred (not mandatory)

Strong communication and people skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and team spirit

Flexibility to work weekends, or holidays as required
