Job Description:
We are a growing real estate and property investment company looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development executive to join our expanding team.
This is a strategic role for someone with strong commercial sense, leadership potential, and the ability to create new business opportunities and build strong client relationships in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up with leads for property leasing and sales.
- Create and maintain property listings across various platforms.
- Coordinate and attend property viewings with clients.
- Maintain records and update the client database regularly.
- Support the company in reaching monthly targets and exploring new markets.
- Assist in social media marketing and client communications.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (preferred).
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Confident, organized, and results-driven personality.
- Must have a valid Omani driving license .
