We’re looking for a unique and driven individual to help us launch an innovative perfume project that delivers high-quality, global fragrances at mid-range prices, with a strong focus on longevity, projection, and elegant presentation.

? Key Responsibilities:

Select the ideal perfume collection to launch the project based on seasons (summer/winter) and target audiences (men/women/unisex).

Build the brand identity and suggest product names and categories.

Launch and manage the online store in coordination with the design and development team.

Form the right team (design, marketing, customer relations...).

Manage and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers.

Propose smart marketing campaigns to build strong market reputation.

Analyze competitors and identify opportunities in the local and global market.

Think like an entrepreneur and make key decisions to drive project success.

? Requirements:

Strong experience or excellent knowledge in the world of global perfumes and their compositions.

Sharp sense of smell and excellent taste in evaluating fragrance quality.

Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Preferably has experience in e-commerce or marketing.

Ability to work with initiative and responsibility.
