Job Responsibilities:
· Ensure smooth visitor activities, addressing complaints and maintaining high service standards.
· Manage staffing, including assignments, attendance, and performance.
· Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of park areas and equipment.
· Complete daily checklists, monitor inventory, and coordinate material restocking.
· Enforce company policies and ensure staff professionalism and operational efficiency.
· Supervise park maintenance and ensure completion of daily objectives.
· Analyze customer feedback and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements:
· High school graduate with relevant experience in a similar role.
· Strong customer service skills to effectively address customer needs.
· Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
· Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
· Well-organized and adaptable to changing situations.
· Committed to maintaining high standards of work and professionalism.
