Job Title: Female Sales Executive (Native Arabic Speaker)

Location: Sohar Oman

Job Type: Full-Time

The Role

As Sales Executive, you will be in direct touch with our customers on a daily basis. We don’t sell - we forge relationships. You will get to know our customers’ demands in detail in order to showcase the products that will most closely fit to what they’re looking for. Every person that comes to visit our store is important to you, regardless of whether they’re on a spending spree or just window-shopping.

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable watch models.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of watch collections, features, and pricing.

Drive sales through exceptional customer service and product upselling.

Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.

Manage stock levels and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Handle billing, returns, and exchange processes as per company policy.

Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Job requirements

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

A minimum of 2 years of retail experience in selling high-end watches;

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Arabic speaker (required) – fluency in both Arabic and English

Strong customer focus and a results-driven approach.

Basic knowledge of POS systems and sales reporting.

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.
