Sales Engineer – IT Solutions

Job Description:

We are hiring a Sales Engineer for our Customized IT Solutions division. This role involves identifying client needs, providing tailored IT solutions, and supporting the sales process with technical insight and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and build relationships in the IT sector

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions

• Coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals

• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

• Update CRM/ERP systems regularly and track progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• 0–2 years of experience in IT or solution sales

• Basic knowledge of networking, software solutions, or hardware

Software Proficiency:

• Microsoft Office Suite

• CRM tools or ERP software (preferred)

Interpersonal Skills:

• Effective communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented

• Ability to build rapport and maintain client trust

• Strong presentation and organizational skills
