Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Update CRM/ERP systems regularly and track progress
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in IT or solution sales
Basic knowledge of networking, software solutions, or hardware
Microsoft Office Suite
CRM tools or ERP software (preferred)
Effective communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented
Ability to build rapport and maintain client trust
