Sales Executive – Interior Fit-Out Division

Location: Muscat, Sultanate of Oman
Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years)
Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our Interior Fit-Out division. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts to promote interior design and fit-out services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and site visits

  • Conduct meetings and present company services to prospective clients

  • Coordinate with design and estimation teams for proposal submissions

  • Achieve sales targets and maintain long-term customer relationships

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM or ERP systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 0–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the interior fit-out industry

  • Knowledge of design/build processes and commercial interiors (preferred)

Software Proficiency:

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • CRM or ERP system (preferred)

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities

  • Customer-focused and target-driven

  • Organized, persuasive, and self-motivated

  • Confident in client-facing interactions and presentations
