We are a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) specialising in cybersecurity solutions, including Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), network security, and next-generation firewall technologies. Our mission is to help businesses in Oman protect their digital assets from evolving threats through cutting-edge security services.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Associate with at least one year of experience in sales or lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads for our cybersecurity solutions. This role requires fluency in Arabic and English and a foundational understanding of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) technology and Palo Alto Networks firewalls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through cold calls, emails and social media.
• Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to determine potential sales opportunities.
• Client Engagement: Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their security challenges and needs.
• Product Knowledge: Gain a solid understanding of EDR solutions and Palo Alto Networks firewalls to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
• Multilingual Communication: Effectively communicate with clients in both Arabic and English to build relationships and drive business opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience: Omani National with Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in IT or cybersecurity.
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Understanding of network security, firewalls, and threat detection technologies.
