Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor the performance of delivery captains.
• Create and manage work schedules.
• Ensure daily sales amounts are transferred to the company account on time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a driver for several years, or prior experience as a supervisor in logistics/delivery.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to solve problems and make quick decisions.
