Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and payment transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Assist with tax filings, audits, and compliance with local financial regulations.
- Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for financial matters.
- Ensure all accounting records are updated and maintained accurately.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in Oman’s financial regulations is a plus.
