Job Description:

We are looking for friendly and service-oriented Waiters and Waitresses to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables while ensuring high service standards.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and assist customers with inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
