Job description

We are looking for a Foreman / Site Supervisor with a strong background in construction and civil . The ideal candidate will oversee on-site activities, ensure work is completed on time and within budget, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Coordination

Oversee daily construction activities and workforce on-site.

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.

Assign tasks and monitor the performance of laborers and subcontractors

Quality & Safety Compliance

Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and safety regulations.

Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control.

Enforce health and safety policies to prevent workplace hazards.

Project Execution & Planning

Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities.

Monitor progress and report delays or issues to management.

Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.

Labor & Vendor Management

Supervise workers, resolve conflicts, and ensure productivity.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material deliveries.

Maintain attendance records and work logs.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to the project manager.

Keep records of site activities, including material usage and labor hours.

Identify and troubleshoot any operational challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in construction or civil site supervision.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.

Leadership: Strong supervisory and team management skills.

Communication: Effective verbal and written communication for reporting and coordination.
