Key Responsibilities: • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and align on hiring strategies & Client Sales • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative methods. • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients. • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles. • Assist with onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
