About Us: We are a growing consultancy specializing in recruitment across various sectors, including FMCG, Retail, Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team and help us identify and attract top talent for our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and align on hiring strategies & Client Sales • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative methods. • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients. • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles. • Assist with onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
