Job description

 Job Responsibilities:


1. **Brand Identity Creation & Maintenance**  

   - Develop and design logos, color schemes, typography, and other visual elements to establish and maintain brand consistency. 

   - Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials and digital platforms. 


2. **Marketing Collateral Design**  

   - Create high-quality graphics for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and digital ads. 

   - Design promotional materials for both online and offline campaigns, aligning with the company’s branding strategies. 


3. **Social Media Graphics**  

   - Design engaging graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. ) to support digital marketing campaigns. 

   - Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms and maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines. 


4. **Website and Digital Asset Design**  

   - Collaborate with web developers to create visually appealing graphics for the company website, landing pages, and digital ads. 

   - Ensure the design elements are user-friendly and align with marketing strategies. 


5. **Email Marketing Design**  

   - Design visually compelling email templates for newsletters, promotional campaigns, and client communications. 

   - Optimize designs for both desktop and mobile viewing. 


6. **Print Production Support**  

   - Work closely with the production team to ensure that printed materials meet design specifications and quality standards. 

   - Prepare files for print, ensuring proper formatting and color accuracy. 


7. **Market Research & Trend Analysis**  

   - Stay updated on the latest design trends, technology, and marketing practices to ensure that the company’s branding remains competitive. 

   - Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors’ design strategies. 


8. **Collaborative Marketing Strategy**  

   - Work with the marketing team to develop and execute branding campaigns across various media channels. 

   - Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative solutions to elevate the company’s brand image. 


9. **Client Communication**  

   - Meet with clients to understand their branding and marketing needs, translating those into effective design concepts. 

   - Present design concepts and revisions, incorporating client feedback into final outputs. 


10. **File Management & Archiving**  

    - Organize and maintain digital files for design projects to ensure easy access and retrieval. 

    - Ensure proper version control for ongoing projects and archived materials.
