Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Supervisor to join our car rental company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in car service management and will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and servicing of our fleet. This role is crucial to ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards, providing our customers with safe and reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the service and maintenance of the car rental fleet.
- Schedule and oversee regular vehicle inspections and repairs.
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely and efficient vehicle servicing.
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Handle customer complaints related to vehicle performance and service.
- Implement strategies to improve service quality and reduce downtime.
- Train and mentor service staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in car service management.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic are preferred.
