We are a thriving flower shop in the heart of Ruwi, Muscat, known for our beautiful arrangements and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a talented and dedicated florist to join our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our shop.

**Job Description:**
- **Floral Arrangements:** Create and design floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events.
- **Customer Service:** Assist customers with their floral needs, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- **Inventory Management:** Monitor and manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure the freshness and quality of flowers and plants.
- **Shop Maintenance:** Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- **Sales and Marketing:** Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- **Event Coordination:** Work with clients to plan and execute floral arrangements for events, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Team Management:** Supervise and train junior staff, ensuring high standards of work and service.
**Work Hours:**
- Full-time position
- Working hours: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM than 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Days Off : 1 day off in a week.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a florist or in a related field.
- Strong creative and artistic skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage inventory and handle administrative tasks.
- A passion for flowers and a keen eye for detail.
