· Answering the phone and answering queries.
· Able to write a quotation for a job and agreements
· Deals with telephone and email inquiries, using an email system.
· Drafting letters and other documents, such as PowerPoint presentations.
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

Very good in English Language.
