QHSE Manager
Salary Range: OMR 800 to OMR 1000 (based on experience)

Job Location: Sultanate of Oman
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and Implementing QHSE Policies:
Create, update, and enforce QHSE policies and procedures to comply with laws and regulations.
Risk Assessment and Management:
Identify workplace hazards and risks, conduct risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies.
Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental laws, and keep the organization aligned with changing regulations.
Training and Education:
Design and deliver training programs on safety, quality, and environmental practices for employees and contractors.
Incident Investigation:
Investigate accidents, incidents, and breaches to find root causes and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Emergency Preparedness:
Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including procedures for fires, chemical spills, and other scenarios.
Auditing and Inspections:
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of QHSE activities, incidents, and compliance, and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of QHSE standards and practices, capable of leading initiatives to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
