Sales Agent Full Time
The Education Consultant is responsible for guiding prospective students through the process of choosing the right educational opportunities. This role involves visiting schools to present educational programs, developing new leads, and supporting students in their decision-making process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with schools and students.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Guidance and Counseling:
Advise and guide students on suitable educational programs, universities, and courses based on their interests and academic background.
Assist students with the application process, including providing information on admission requirements, scholarships, and visa procedures.
School Visits and Presentations:
Visit local schools to present educational programs and services.
Conduct informative and engaging presentations to students, parents, and school staff.
Lead Generation and Follow-up:
Identify and generate new leads through school visits, educational fairs, and other outreach activities.
Maintain a database of prospective students and follow up regularly to convert leads into enrollments.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and other key stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for schools and students, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on the progress of lead generation and student enrollments.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
