Job Announcement: Real estate marketer (field work)
Experience: + 5 years of real estate experience in the Sultanate of Oman. Experience in leasing, selling, marketing and dealing with the tenant / owner. Strong knowledge of local zoning and market conditions.
Customer service: Providing exceptional customer service throughout the lease or sale process, which ensures a smooth and positive experience for clients in addition to responding to customer inquiries as quickly as possible.
Customer management: Building strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Real estate listings: Create attractive real estate lists using high-quality photos, detailed descriptions and virtual tours.
Communication: Building and maintaining a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including potential buyers, sellers, investors and other professionals.
Documentation: Dealing with legal papers and documents related to real estate transactions with attention to details.
Negotiation:Negotiation skill is necessary to negotiate terms and prices between buyers and sellers to ensure a positive outcome for all parties.
Market study: permanent knowledge of local real estate market trends and competitors.
Fluency in Arabic and English
