Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Iranian female individual to join our team as a Call Center/Receptionist. The primary responsibilities will include handling patient queries through various communication channels and managing appointment bookings in our system.

Key Responsibilities:


Answer and manage all incoming telephone and mobile calls. 

Respond to patient queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other messaging platforms. 

Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently in the system. 

Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients. 


Qualifications:


Proficient in English, Arabic, and Persian. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
