Experience: +5 years real estate experience in Oman. Experience in leasing, marketing, and tenant/landlord representation. Strong knowledge of local zoning, real estate practices, and market conditions.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients & responding to clients inquiries ASAP.
Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Property Listings: Create compelling property listings with high-quality photos, detailed descriptions, and virtual tours.
Networking: Build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including potential buyers, sellers, investors, and other professionals.
Documentation: Handle paperwork and legal documents related to property transactions with attention to detail and compliance.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices between buyers and sellers to ensure a favorable outcome for all parties.
Market Research: Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.
Must be fluent in Arabic & English
