Position to be filled: Mechanical Supervisor
Main requisites and general background:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and supervision, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.
Proficiency in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Knowledge of industry codes and standards related to mechanical systems and equipment.
Experience in supervising mechanical maintenance activities and coordinating teams.
Ability to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for mechanical equipment.
Familiarity with conducting root cause analysis for mechanical failures.
Understanding of shutdown planning and execution involving mechanical systems.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
