Responsibilities: - Efficiently manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings. - Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. - Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper functioning of office equipment. - Assist in coordinating events and managing business centre facilities. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of daily tasks.
