- Manage day-to-day transactions
- Track income and expenditure
- Prepare balance sheets and profit & loss (P&L) reports
- Create and maintain budgets
- Handle VAT filing
- Process payroll
- Conduct auditing work
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Arrange invoices and quotations based on provided information
- Perform administrative tasks and calculate salaries
- Maintain a salary arrangement sheet
**Qualifications:**
- Relevant accounting qualifications (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc. )
- Familiarity with VAT filing and payroll systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
